Meditation is simple, yet powerful. Some folks make it seem difficult. It's not. So what's the better approach?

You don't have to sit for hours, even minutes. A few seconds of aware attention can do the trick.
We now know that meditation can do a body, a mind, a spirit good. Better health, better thoughts, better relationship with world around us.
If you're not meditating, start today. Actually, start now. Take a few seconds to simply pay attention to what's in your world, right here, right now, in this moment. Then, let it go and return to your day.
